These are two unique towel hooks from the OLFO series, which was added to the Maison in September 2018. They may not look like towel hooks at first glance, but as the designer intended, they hold towels perfectly.

It's not limited to just towels; you could even hang a light jacket by its collar with these hooks. The double-sided tape is extremely strong, and once installed, it's unlikely to come off even if an adult male pulls on it with all his might.
To remove it properly, you need to cut into the gap of the double-sided tape with a utility knife and tear off the sponge part of the tape. Any adhesive remaining on the wall can be removed by rubbing it with a commercially available "adhesive remover." That's how strong it is.
