Sato:
It's been a while.

Toba (hereafter, honorifics omitted):
It has. How have you been? ZACK seems to have become quite popular lately.

Sato:
No, not at all, our recognition is still low, but recently I feel like we've gained a bit of a "known to those in the know" reputation. This is especially true for customers who are highly sensitive to product design, even general consumers, but I also feel it from inquiries from businesses that prioritize added value in that respect when selecting equipment.

In the past, for projects with foreign-affiliated clients, which is one of your company's strengths, there were many cases where the brand and product number were specified by the client. How is it now? Is there more of a trend for proposals to come from the Japanese side?

Toba:
Yes, I think that's mostly the case now.

Sato:
We've already been approached for several projects.

Toba:
ZACK's brand and quality are undeniable, and since the designs are generally simple, it's easy to propose.
It's now an indispensable item for five-star hotel public areas.

Sato:
Oh, really? I'm so glad to hear that. We'll probably be relying on your company even more, so we'll do our best to meet your expectations in the future.

Toba:
Same here.
